Specialists, Inc. is a full service
claims adjusting firm specializing in claims that arise from lender
placed property insurance. Our specialty is adjusting property
loss claims for homeowner's, forced placed, REO, and forced order
insurance carriers. We are experienced at adjusting losses involving
foreclosed, vacant, and abandoned properties subject to both standard
and manuscript policies. We are extremely knowledgeable in the
special requirements unique to this segment of the adjusting industry.
We have a reputation as being THE claims specialists
for the lender placed market. We understand the unique needs and
circumstances of the lender with respect to its portfolio insurance
protection, as well as the carriers goal of minimizing it’s
loss ratio while maintaining a successful servicing relationship
with large lender/clients.

to a select few carriers in the industry. We have highly trained
adjusters that are within two hours of 80% of our client's insureds.
We currently cover 41 states and Washington, DC. Our growth and
success is due to our ability to ascertain a client's needs and
then focus on those needs. By limiting our clients to a select
few, we are able to deliver a superior product at a competitive
price.
We provide concise comprehensive captioned reports
that address every relevant aspect of the loss. CAS is unique
in that we can utilize either the IntegriClaim or Simsol estimating
programs as the client requests. Our unique state of the art secure
web site enables CAS to handle claims in a completely paperless
environment from assignment to completion. The client may review
the work product of the adjuster via a user ID and password.

places a strong emphasis on education. Each adjuster receives
training in our Dallas office upon initial hiring. Additionally
Adjuster training takes place three to four weeks a year for the
entire adjuster base. Each of our adjusters is licensed and background
checked. We routinely run internal audits of our procedures. Your
insureds are contacted by phone and mail within 24 hours of receipt
and are provided with a 24 hour toll-free hotline.
Our main office in Dallas is staffed by 20 full
service support personnel capable of obtaining fast answers to
examiners and insured’s questions. All Final Reports are
uploaded to our web site and/or overnighted to your firm at no
additional charge. We can and do email final reports (with photos)
if our client so requires.
